Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Tempura Teishoku Makino, a casual tempura restaurant on the 4th floor of Aeon Mall Osaka Dome City, directly connected to Dome-mae Station and Dome-mae Chiyozaki Station. Work covers customer greeting and order-taking, frying tempura to specification (shrimp, vegetables and more — with clear timing manuals for each item), preparing rice and miso soup, cashier operation, dishwashing, and kitchen and store cleaning. Shifts run from 08:00 to 22:00 on a self-selection system, with a minimum of 3 hours from 2 days per week; weekends and public holidays attract a 50-yen premium raise to 1,400 yen per hour. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal, and a family meal card is available for employees with children aged 15 and under (up to 5,000 yen per child per month). Transportation is covered up to 50,000 yen per month, and bike commuting is accepted with fuel reimbursed within company rules. Minimum contract period of 3 months required. No resume required.
