Job Description:

This is a kitchen support role at a Japanese seafood izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) just 1 minute from Nishi-Nippori Station on the JR Yamanote Line and Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line. The store specialises in seasonal fish and local sake, attracting a regular clientele and a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere that gives new starters space to learn at their own pace. Kitchen duties start with drink preparation and plating, progressing gradually to more involved cooking tasks over a 1-month training period (研修 kenshuu). Shifts run from 17:00 to 04:00 with a minimum of 3 hours from 1 day per week; Sundays are fixed days off. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00. Daily payment (日払い hibarai), weekly payment (週払い shuubarai), and cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment are all available.
