Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at Karayama, a popular fried chicken (から揚げ karaage) specialty chain that has been featured on television, at their Maebashi Amakawa Oshima location. Morning kitchen prep includes opening tasks, rice cooking, and marinating and coating chicken for the next day. During lunch service, staff fry, plate, and serve the chicken. Hall duties cover order-taking, cashier work, and general customer service — the menu is compact and easy to learn quickly. The workplace is welcoming to first-time job seekers: you start with simple hall tasks and senior staff guide you from there. Three shift time slots are available (morning, afternoon, and evening), with a minimum of 3 hours and from just one day a week, making it easy to fit around school or family life. Weekend (土日 dodonichi) shifts pay 1,200 yen per hour; weekday shifts pay 1,100 yen per hour. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies for hours worked after 22:00 on evening shifts. Note: applicants must have Japanese language ability equivalent to JLPT N3 or above, as the role involves customer interaction and team coordination.
