Job Description:

Work as hall staff (ホールスタッフ horu-sutaffu) at Ginza Nodaya, a calm and intimate Shizuoka seasonal cuisine restaurant in Ginza that opened in 2015, just 3 minutes walk from Shimbashi Station. The owner-chef is known for a warm, supportive management style — praised by staff as a fatherly presence — and the clientele is largely composed of polite regulars, corporate guests, and overseas visitors. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and cleaning the restaurant floor. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided. Shifts run within 17:00-23:00, with a minimum of 4 hours per shift and 3 or more days per week. Thursday and Friday availability is particularly welcomed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided on days when you work 4 hours or more — including the restaurant's signature oden. Pay is cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi). A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) raises the rate to 1,750 yen or more for the 22:00-23:00 hour. A bonus of 2,000 yen is paid to staff who work 15 or more days in a month with no absences or lateness, with an additional 500 yen for each extra day worked. A 2-week trial period applies at 1,400 yen per hour. Non-native Japanese speakers must hold a JLPT N1 certificate to apply.

Wage:
