Job Description:

Work as a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff member at FamilyMart Osaka Ekimae Daishi Building, located 3 minutes walk from Umeda Station and Osaka Station — one of the most accessible locations in central Osaka. Duties cover all standard convenience store operations: register and cashier work, product ordering, shelf and display management, and store cleaning. Toilet cleaning is not required at this store. The early morning slot (06:30-09:00) pays 1,250 yen per hour. Standard daytime and evening shifts (09:00-22:00) pay 1,200 yen. The 22:00-23:00 slot pays 1,500 yen including the late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate); the full deep-night rate applies from 22:00 through to 05:00. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Shifts are available from 1 day a week, making this easy to fit around study, a main job, or family life. The store manager is flexible with scheduling, including shift adjustments for fan events and other personal commitments. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided. Transport allowance is paid in full. Salary increase and promotion to full-time staff are both possible.
