Job Description:

Work as a sales and service staff member at Kakitane Kitchen, a popular Japanese snack brand specialising in flavoured kaki-pi (柿ピー kaki-pi — rice crackers and peanuts), located inside Seibu Ikebukuro Honten department store. The shop offers a wide variety of flavours in stylish gift-ready packaging, popular across a broad range of ages as souvenirs and presents. Duties include customer service and suggestive selling, register operations (cash, card and QR payment), product wrapping (caramel or full gift wrap), and attaching noshi gift tags. Each shift runs with around 3 staff members, so you are never working alone. Senior staff will guide you through register and service procedures from day one — beginners are very welcome. Two shift patterns are available on a rotating basis: early shift 09:00-18:00 and late shift 12:30-21:30, each with 7.5 hours of actual work and a 90-minute break. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. Hair colour is permitted within guidelines. No resume required.
