Job Description:

This role supports the kitchen team at a restaurant inside an established hotel in Nara, handling western cuisine preparation, dishwashing, and cooking area cleaning. New hires start with support tasks and gradually move into full cooking duties as they gain confidence. The workplace has a calm atmosphere and the shift schedule is entirely self-declared (シフト制 shifuto-sei), making it easy to balance around school or other commitments. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available, and a referral bonus system is in place for introducing friends. Training (研修 kenshuu) is thorough, and a uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided. Social insurance is covered in full. A minimum contract length of 6 months is expected.
