Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen role at a cafe-style Yoshinoya restaurant in Odate City, Akita — a newer store concept with a noticeably different interior from a standard Yoshinoya branch. Hall duties include customer seating, food and drink service, and cashier work. Kitchen duties cover gyudon cooking and topping plating. A video manual and two-month training (研修 kenshuu) programme are in place from day one, so no experience is needed to start. A rank-up system (ランクUP制度) lets you earn higher hourly rates as you master each area of the job, with monthly salary evaluations. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 70% off during shifts, and a 30% discount applies on takeaway purchases. Family members also receive the 30% discount. An advance pay service (速払い sokubari) lets you receive part of your wages before payday. Transportation costs are fully covered. Shifts run 24 hours per day; late-night hours from 22:00 receive a 25% wage increase (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Late-night shifts are for applicants aged 18 and over (Japanese labour law).
