Job Description:
This is a kitchen support role at a care facility in Shibayama-machi, Chiba, accessible from Yokoshiba Station or by bus to Shibayamaso-mae stop. Duties are limited to dishwashing, plating of prepared meals, and setting out crockery and utensils for the next service — no cooking or food preparation is involved at any stage. The role is well suited to those with no food industry experience; everyday home kitchen skills such as washing up and serving food are all you need to start. A team of 4-5 staff is always on shift together, and a 2-week on-the-job induction is provided. Three flexible shift lengths are available: full (10:00-19:00), short (10:00-15:00), or mid (12:00-19:00) — choose based on what suits you each month. Daily and weekly payment (日払い hibarai / 週払い shuubarai) are available. Hair colour is unrestricted. No resume required. Long-term position.
