Job Description:
Regular rotating cleaning of apartment buildings and office buildings in the Kashiwa area as part of a team. Staff gather at the head office near Kita-Kashiwa Station, change into uniform (制服 seifuku), then travel by car in teams of 3 to 4 to each site. Tasks include floor washing and waxing, cleaning inside elevators and wiping down handrails. There is no heavy lifting, no carrying of heavy equipment and no driving, and the simple work usually takes about a month to get used to. Shifts run 07:00-16:00, 5 days a week on a rotation covering Monday to Sunday and public holidays, with 8 days off every 4 weeks and shift requests submitted monthly. This is a temp-to-perm dispatch position (紹介予定派遣 shoukai yotei haken) of up to 6 months, after which you can switch to full-time employee status if you wish. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are available.
