Job Description:

Work as a kitchen staff member at a Kyushu-style izakaya near Omiya Station, supporting the cooking team. Tasks include plating dishes, simple prep like cutting vegetables, assisting with fried and grilled dishes, restocking and managing ingredients, washing dishes and cooking tools, and cleaning the kitchen. You start with simple tasks like plating and dishwashing, gradually learning knife skills and cooking techniques as you gain experience. The store is built for long-term, low-shift-pressure work, so it fits well around classes or job-hunting preparation for students. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are included at a discounted 200 yen per meal, and pay raises reflect your growth on the job.
