Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Butaya Ton-ichi, a tonkatsu restaurant inside Aeon Mall Kofu Showa in Yamanashi Prefecture. The restaurant is known for its open kitchen where tonkatsu is cooked dramatically in front of customers, making it a lively and energetic place to work. Tasks are divided into easy steps with clear recipes, so no cooking experience is needed to get started. Shifts are flexible (シフト制 shifuto-sei) with a shift system, and you can work as little as one day per week or choose weekday-only or weekend-only schedules. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal, and transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided step by step, and a no-resume application process makes it easy to apply on the spot. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required. Late-night shifts after 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).
