This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen, a popular udon restaurant chain, located in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. Tasks are divided into small, clearly defined steps — cashier work, clearing tables, washing dishes, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so you can learn one thing at a time without feeling overwhelmed. Detailed recipes and thorough training (研修 kenshuu) are provided, making this a great first job or a comfortable return to work after a career gap. Shifts (シフト制 shifuto-sei) are flexible and submitted weekly, with weekday-only, weekend-only, and short-hour options all available. Late-night shifts after 22:00 receive a 25% wage premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate), so those hours pay 1,500 yen per hour.
