Job Description:

This is a customer service and sales role at a popular Hokkaido-based natural sweets brand shop inside Ecute Shinagawa station mall, Minato Ward, Tokyo. You will serve customers, handle cashier duties, gift-wrap products, restock the display case, and assist with opening preparations — all in a bright, sweet-scented shop environment. The brand specialises in additive-free sweets made from domestic natural ingredients, so you can recommend products with genuine confidence. A full manual is provided and the team of around 3 staff per shift means questions are always easy to ask — most people find their footing within about one month. This is a dispatch (派遣 haken) position placed through Admic Co., Ltd. Two shift options are available: 13:30-22:30 or 16:00-22:30, both with almost no overtime. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are available. Hair colour is free within guidelines, and a staff canteen, lockers, and changing rooms are on site.
