Job Description:

This is a standard convenience store staff role at Lawson Nakano Central Park East, located 5 minutes walk from JR Nakano Station in Nakano Ward, Tokyo. You will handle cashier work, customer service, shelf restocking, product display, cleaning, and light food preparation across a range of shifts covering early morning through to overnight. The overnight shift (22:00-08:00 and 17:00-03:00) earns 1,600 yen per hour for the deep-night portion (22:00-05:00), which includes the statutory late-night premium. International students and high school students are both welcome, and shifts can be discussed from as little as two days per week. Transport allowance is paid in full, which is relatively rare for convenience store roles. Late-night shifts after 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:

1,280円 (per hour) Deep-night hours (22:00-05:00): 1,600 yen per hour (includes statutory late-night premium 深夜手当 shinya-teate). Daytime and evening shifts: 1,280 yen per hour.
