Work in a paper products manufacturing plant in Fujinomiya, handling the sorting and shipping of household paper goods such as toilet paper, tissues, and paper nappies, placed through Sogo Career Option as an agency dispatch position (派遣 haken). Tasks include transporting and moving completed products, sorting products before shipping, and operating forklifts (counter and reach types) where licensed; other light duties are also involved. Heavy lifting is kept to a minimum as machinery and forklifts handle the bulk of movement. Three shift patterns are available — day shift (08:00-17:00), early shift (07:00-16:00), and late shift (15:00-00:00 overnight) — on a rotating schedule; the day shift runs Sunday plus one weekday off per week.
