Job Description:

Work as a picking and packing staff member at a warehouse in Koga, Ibaraki, handling beverages and daily goods, placed through Techno Service as an agency dispatch position (派遣 haken). Using delivery slips and a handheld scanner (ハンディ handi), you pick the correct items and stack them onto pallets for outbound shipment. Two shift options are available: a full afternoon slot (13:00-19:00) or a shorter slot (13:00-16:00), with a minimum of 3 hours per day and 2 days per week; you can also fix your preferred days each week. Overtime is minimal, and extra hours are available if desired. An advance daily payment service (即払い sokubara) lets you receive part of earned wages as early as 5 days after working, per company rules. No resume or office visit is required — registration is fully online. Note: native-level Japanese is required for this role.
