Job Description:

Work the overnight shift at Yoshinoya Otsu Zeze store, a fast food beef bowl (牛丼 gyudon) restaurant, handling both hall and kitchen duties. Hall duties include taking orders, serving food, processing payments, and handling takeout orders; kitchen duties include cooking and plating beef bowls and other menu items. Training starts on the floor side; once comfortable there, you will gradually learn the kitchen too, with step-by-step support and a full manual provided. The advertised shift is 22:00-05:00 (overnight), and you can work from as little as 1 day a week — weekend shifts are especially welcome. The late-night rate (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,438円 applies from 22:00 (a 25% premium on the base rate of 1,150円). A speed-pay advance payment (速払い hayabarai) system lets you receive wages from as soon as the day after working. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 70% off during shifts, and all menu items are 30% off at any time for you and your family.
