Job Description:

Work as reception and service staff at JOYSOUND Aomori Shinmachi, a karaoke venue operated by Standard Co., Ltd., known for its VIP rooms and instrument-equipped rooms. Duties include front desk reception, guiding guests to rooms, preparing and serving food and drinks, and cleaning — all in a team-based environment where staff support each other through busy periods. Four shift patterns are available: early (10:00-18:00), mid (18:00-22:00), late night (22:00-06:00 overnight), and flexible (20:00-03:00 overnight); you can start from just 4 hours a day, 1 day a week. The late-night rate (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,339円 applies from 22:00 to 05:00 (a 30% premium on the base of 1,030円). Leaders earn an additional 300円/hr on top of the base rate. A daily payment (日払い hibarai) option is available, and wages are calculated to the minute. Staff enjoy a 50% discount at all JOYSOUND locations — friends who accompany you also get the same discount — and all menu items are available at half price.
