Job Description:

Work as hall and kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen unimoちはら台, a popular udon restaurant chain inside the Unimo Chihara-dai shopping centre, operated by Toridoll Holdings. Duties are divided into clear, separate tasks: hall clearing, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), register operation, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — letting you get efficient at one thing at a time. A detailed recipe manual and thorough training (研修 kenshuu) are provided, so no food service experience is needed to start. Operating hours are 08:00-22:00 on a self-reported weekly shift system; you can work from as little as 2 hours a day, 1 day a week, and the schedule can be adapted to school, family, or a second job. Weekend and public holiday shifts come with a wage increase (amount confirmed at interview). Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for 120円, giving 800円 worth of food — a great perk for those keeping an eye on living costs.
