Job Description:

Work in a hospital supporting medical staff by cleaning, inspecting, and packing surgical instruments — placed through LeafNxT as an agency dispatch position (派遣 haken) in Yamashina-ku, Kyoto. Duties include washing scissors, tweezers, and other instruments by machine or by hand, inspecting and assembling instrument sets, packaging in sterile wrap, storing in designated locations, cleaning operating theatre environments, and preparing consumable items. No medical qualifications or prior experience are needed — most staff start from zero, and tasks are divided clearly so each person focuses on their area. Full PPE is provided (mask, goggles, gown, gloves) and hygiene standards match those of clinical staff. Two rotating shifts are available: early (08:00-17:00) and late (12:00-21:00), Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and public holidays off. An advance payment (前払い maekini) scheme is available per company rules, and a daily allowance of 500円 is paid on top of the hourly rate. A shuttle bus runs from Yamashina Station to the hospital; car and bike commuting are also negotiable (subject to parking availability).
