Job Description:

Work in a well-known bakery's production and retail space in Tenjin, Fukuoka, placed through Hot Staff Hakata as an agency dispatch position (派遣 haken), 3 minutes walk from Nishitetsu-Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. The role starts with filling sandwiches, topping doughnuts, and bagging finished products; as you settle in, you will also put products out on the shop floor and, with experience, try shaping bread dough in the kitchen. Four staff work together in a team, moving between the production kitchen and the shop floor — an active, fragrant environment where a supervisor is always nearby. Working hours are fixed at 06:00-15:00 (8 hours actual work, 1-hour break), 5 days a week with no overtime, finishing by mid-afternoon; up to 2 preferred days off per month can be requested. An advance payment (前払い maekini) scheme lets you access earned wages the same day at a nearby convenience store ATM. Cook's coat and cap are provided free of charge; light brown hair colour is permitted within company rules.
