Job Description:
Work as kitchen and cooking staff at a stylish deli cafe inside GranSta Tokyo, located within Tokyo Station's paid concourse on the B1 floor, placed through Dimple as an agency dispatch position (派遣 haken). The cafe is known for its customisable noodle plates and a wide range of salads, deli items, drinks, and desserts — a visually appealing menu where beautiful plating is as important as cooking skill. Duties include cooking and plating noodle dishes, preparing deli and salad ingredients, making desserts, dishwashing, and general kitchen cleaning. Prior kitchen or cooking experience at a food service establishment is required; high school graduate or above. Two shift patterns are available — morning (08:00-17:00) or midday (10:00-19:00) — working 4 to 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule.
