Job Description:

Work as hall and service staff at Saniwa Zenkashouin (茶庭然花抄院), a Japanese sweets cafe inside Shibuya Hikarie, directly connected to Shibuya Station, placed through Dimple as an agency dispatch position (派遣 haken). The cafe features freshly baked Japanese confectionery from an in-store workshop and hand-poured tea in a calm, Kyoto-inspired interior — a setting where refined, attentive service is central to the guest experience. Duties include guest reception and seating guidance, register operation, taking orders, serving menu items, and preparing and serving drinks. Prior food service experience (cafe, izakaya, or similar) is required; high school graduate or above. Two shift patterns are available — 10:00-19:00 or 11:00-20:00 (7.5 hours actual work, 90-minute break) — working 3 to 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule. A Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store shopping voucher (10% off) is provided as a staff benefit.
