Job Description:
Work as a night-shift office building cleaning staff member in the Kasumigaseki government district of Chiyoda-ku, placed through Admic as an agency dispatch position (派遣 haken), near Toranomon Station. Duties cover both dedicated office areas (vacuuming, rubbish collection, and table wiping) and shared spaces such as corridors, toilets, kitchenette areas, and rubbish collection — all at night when the building is empty, so there is no customer interaction. The routine is straightforward and most staff are comfortable with it within about a week. Working hours are 23:00-07:00 (overnight, 7 hours actual work, 1-hour break), Monday to Friday, with weekends and public holidays off and minimal overtime. The deep-night rate (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,750円 applies from 22:00-05:00 (approximately 5 hours of the shift); the remaining 2 hours (05:00-07:00) are at 1,400円.
