Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Yoshinoya Morioka Fezan store, located inside Morioka Station building (Fezan B1F), just 1 minute walk from Morioka Station. The store has a cafe-style interior quite different from a typical Yoshinoya, and you will work on floor service, beef bowl cooking and plating, and cashier duties. Video manuals and a thorough training (研修 kenshuu) system are in place, so first-timers and those returning after a career gap can start with confidence. Late-night hours from 22:00 onward receive a 25% pay increase, bringing the effective rate to 1,375円 during those hours. An advance pay (速払い hayabarai) system is available, letting you draw part of your wages before the regular pay date. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 70% off during shifts, and takeaway is available at 30% off — for you and your family. Hair colour and style are free (髪型・髪色自由 kamigata kameiro jiyuu), and no resume is needed to apply. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full.
