Job Description:
This is a breakfast hall staff position at a newly opened hotel in Kitakami, Iwate, just 2 minutes walk from Kitakami Station. You will replenish and serve food at the hotel breakfast buffet, clear used dishes, and assist with simple plating — all within a fixed 4.5-hour morning shift with no overtime. The shift runs 06:00 to 10:30, making it ideal for those who want to finish work before noon and keep the rest of the day free. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available, with an advance pay system that lets you draw wages from the same day you work. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in part, and car and motorbike commuting are permitted. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided, so no previous hotel or hospitality experience is needed. Social insurance (社会保険 shakai-hoken) is provided, and paid leave begins after 6 months of continuous employment.
