Job Description:

This is a breakfast buffet kitchen assistant position at a hotel in Chitose, Hokkaido, just 5 minutes walk from Chitose Station. You will prepare and plate food for the morning buffet, including defrosting and warming ingredients, simple vegetable cutting, and arranging dishes in the correct containers and presentation vessels. Everyday home cooking experience is directly applicable — no professional kitchen background is needed. The shift runs 05:00 to 09:30 (actual work 4.5 hours) with no overtime, making it a clean early finish that leaves the rest of your morning free. An advance pay (前払い maebari) system is available so you can receive wages before the regular pay date (conditions apply). Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid per company rules, and car commuting is permitted. Uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided at no cost, and all major social insurance types are covered from the start of employment.
