Job Description:

This is a kitchen assistant position at Yukimuratei ramen restaurant in Ryugasaki, Ibaraki, an 11-minute walk from Ryugasaki Station. You will handle dishwashing, simple food preparation (仕込み shikomi), and plating — straightforward kitchen support tasks that do not require prior restaurant experience. Shifts run anywhere within the 09:00-24:00 window in blocks of 3 hours or more, with full flexibility to choose times that suit your schedule — lunch, evening, or late-night slots are all available. Lunchtime staff are urgently needed, so those available during midday hours are especially welcome. Depending on suitability, hall floor duties may also be assigned. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available from 150円, making it easy to eat well on shift. Manuals and training (研修 kenshuu) are in place from day one, so first-timers and those returning after a gap can start with confidence. Hair colour and style are free (髪型・髪色自由 kamigata kameiro jiyuu), and no resume is required to apply.
