Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff position at Seven-Eleven Natori Masuda 3-chome store, 8 minutes walk from Natori Station in Natori city, Miyagi. You will handle cashier and customer service, shelf stocking and product display, store cleaning, goods receiving, and — once you are settled in — product ordering and register checks. Four shift options are available across morning, afternoon, and evening blocks, so you can choose the time that suits your routine. Training (研修 kenshuu) takes just 3 days to complete, and new staff start with simple tasks and build up gradually — no previous convenience store experience is needed. A salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) system is in place, and a pathway to full-time store employment is available for those interested in long-term growth. Social insurance (社会保険 shakai-hoken) is provided for those meeting eligibility requirements. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all permitted.
