Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Gusto family restaurant in Gifu city, 14 minutes walk from Nishi-Gifu Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line. Floor staff guide customers to seats, replenish the drink bar, check dishes before serving, and handle table clearing — with robot-assisted delivery, an in-seat tablet ordering system, and a self-checkout register handling most of the repetitive tasks. Kitchen staff begin with dishwashing and cooking assistance, and are taught full cooking skills over time. A delivery role is also available — using a stable three-wheeled moped with an automatic route navigation app, and a moped or car licence is required for this option. Delivery staff earn an additional 50円 per hour, and all early-morning hours (05:00-09:00) receive an extra 50円 per hour on top of the base rate. An advance pay (前払い maebari) system lets you draw up to 70% of the previous day's wages the very next day via smartphone, with no fee for electronic money transfers.
