Job Description:

This is a sales and service staff position at a chocolate cafe (ショコラカフェ) inside Mitsui Outlet Park Okazaki in Aichi, 10 minutes walk from Motojuku Station. You will offer product sampling to customers, handle face-to-face service, operate the register, and restock shelves — with the team divided into register, sampling, and service roles so each shift runs smoothly. The cafe operates takeaway only, keeping the service flow straightforward and easy to learn. A popular feature of the store is a weighed-sale (量り売り hakarime-uri) selection where customers choose from limited-edition flavours during sampling — an engaging and interactive style of retail service. Prior customer service experience of some kind is required; cafe or sweets retail experience is a plus. The schedule runs 5 days per week including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays on a shift system within the 09:00-21:00 window, with 2 rest days per week determined by a monthly self-submitted schedule. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full, and social insurance (社会保険 shakai-hoken) is fully covered.

Wage:
