Job Description:

This is a kitchen staff position at Maguro Izakaya Sakanaya Dojo Kashiwa-Tanaka store, just 5 minutes walk from Kashiwa-Tanaka Station in Chiba. You will handle food plating, simple vegetable preparation, frying and grilling assistance, ingredient restocking, dish and utensil washing, and kitchen cleaning — starting from easy tasks like plating and washing and building up at your own pace. Evening shifts centering on 19:00-23:00 are the core hours, making this an ideal fit for students who want to work after university without eating into daytime commitments. No customer-facing service is involved — this is a purely kitchen-based role, which suits those who prefer to focus on food preparation over front-of-house interaction. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at just 200円, helping reduce food costs on working days — especially popular with students living alone. Daily payment (日払い hibarai), weekly payment (週払い shuubarai), and advance pay (前払い maebari) are all available.
