Job Description:

This is a hotel restaurant kitchen staff position in Kobe's Chuo ward, accessible from JR Sannomiya Station, placed through dispatch agency Bluestar. You will handle cooking duties in the hotel restaurant kitchen, clean the cooking area, and assist with dishwashing — starting with support tasks and progressing to more involved cooking as you build confidence. A cooking licence (調理師免許 chourishi-menkyo) is not required — those without one are welcome to discuss suitability at the time of application. The shift runs 06:00-15:00 (morning to early afternoon), making it a good match for those who prefer to finish work before mid-afternoon.
