Job Description:
This is a hospital operating room cleaning and preparation position in Kawasaki's Asao ward, accessible from both Shin-Yurigaoka Station and Satsukidai Station. After each surgery is completed, you will wipe down beds, drip stands, anaesthesia equipment, and other instruments, mop the floors, and restock shelves with towels and medical consumables to prepare the room for the next procedure. No specialist medical knowledge is required — new starters begin with floor cleaning and build up gradually, with most staff feeling comfortable within about one week. A small team of around 4 staff members work together, and the site manager is also a woman, creating an easy environment in which to ask questions — you will never be working alone. The main shift is 11:00-20:00 (8 hours actual work, 1 hour break), with a shorter option from 13:00 also available for those who prefer fewer hours. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are off — a stable 5-day weekday schedule. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available, and no resume is required. Hair colour is free (茶髪可 chapatsu-ka), uniform and a lockable locker are provided.
