Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Marugame Seimen udon restaurant inside Ario Kawaguchi shopping mall in Kawaguchi city, Saitama, 8 minutes walk from Kawaguchi Station East Exit. Kitchen staff cook and portion udon to order, prepare tempura and rice dishes following recipes, and keep the counter and cooking area clean and stocked — tasks are divided into clearly defined roles so each is manageable on its own. Hall staff pass orders at the counter with a brief word of care, return trays from the collection point, and assist with washing and general floor tidying using a dishwasher (no hand-wash concerns). Shifts run within a 08:00-22:00 window with a weekly self-submitted schedule, so you can adjust around school, childcare, or a second job week by week. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at just 120円 for up to 800円 worth of food, and a family meal card is provided for employees with children aged 15 and under — up to 10,000円 per child per month. Transportation allowance is paid up to 50,000円 per month, and a Toridoll group-wide dining discount of up to 25% is available for you and your family and friends.
