Job Description:
This is a hall staff position at Mohican Ramen inside Hakata Deitos shopping complex, directly connected to Hakata Station with zero walking time from the platform. You will guide customers to seats, serve food, and clean tables — with a meal ticket ordering system (食券式 shokken-shiki) so there is no need to memorise menu items or handle complex orders. No cashier work is involved, keeping the role focused and approachable for first-timers and those returning after a gap. Three shift windows are available within a 09:30-23:00 range, and you can choose any combination of days including weekday-only, weekend-only, or week-by-week adjustments as your schedule changes. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at half price, and your friends and family can also dine at half price — a well-regarded perk at this particular store. Hair colour and style are completely free (モヒカン以外もOK!), and no resume is needed — children are welcome to attend the interview too.
