Job Description:
This is a visual inspection and line cleaning position at a sanitary product manufacturing facility in Fukuchiyama, Kyoto, near Fukuchiyama Station. You will inspect sanitary napkins and related products flowing along the production line by eye, remove any defective items, and carry out cleaning of the work area — seated work with no heavy lifting required. The factory runs on a weekly rotating 3-shift system: morning (06:50-15:00), afternoon (14:50-22:00), and overnight (21:50-07:00), rotating each week. The overnight shift crosses midnight and runs through to the following morning — applicants should be comfortable working all three rotations. Overtime is minimal at 0-5 hours per month, and Saturdays and Sundays are generally off (one Saturday per month may apply with advance notice). Company accommodation (社宅 shataku) is available for those relocating, and a 20,000円 digital gift is provided to new joiners who relocate for the role. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are available via smartphone application — funds arrive in as little as 5 minutes after approval.
