Job Description:

This is a fruit inspection, sorting, and picking position at a warehouse in Aomi, Koto ward, Tokyo, accessible from Tokyo Teleport Station on the Rinkai Line. You will wear a headset connected to a voice guidance system that tells you exactly which items to pick and where to sort them — no written pick lists to refer to, keeping your hands free and the work straightforward to learn. Duties include reading delivery slips via the system, following voice instructions to pick items, sorting to designated locations, and transporting bananas (up to approximately 20 kilograms per load). A free shuttle bus service is provided to the worksite, and motorbike commuting is also accepted. Most staff are comfortable with the voice system within about one month, starting with simpler picking tasks before moving on to heavier items. The working rate shown in the monthly income example (1,550円) reflects an effective rate including the regular wage — check with the coordinator for the breakdown at interview. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available, and no resume is required. Social insurance (社会保険 shakai-hoken) is fully covered, and transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full.
