Job Description:

This is a residential common area cleaning position at a luxury apartment building in Hiroo, Shibuya ward, Tokyo, directly accessible from Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. You will clean lobby toilets, guest rooms (including kitchen areas, dish washing, and vacuuming), the building exterior and courtyard, and collect rubbish from designated areas — all following a set daily routine that is consistent and easy to memorise after the first week. A team of around 8 staff work each shift, and each person is responsible for a designated section, allowing you to work at your own steady pace without coordination pressure. Staff in their 40s and 50s are active in this role, making it a welcoming environment for those in that age range. The shift runs 08:00-17:00 (actual work 8 hours, 1 hour break) with no overtime — a shorter option of 08:00-16:00 can also be arranged. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available, and no resume or in-person visit is required. Social insurance (社会保険 shakai-hoken) is fully covered, and transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid per company rules.
