Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff position at Natural Lawson Nihonbashi 2-chome store in Chuo ward, Tokyo, just 1 minute walk from Nihonbashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza and Asakusa lines. Natural Lawson is a health-focused convenience store concept carrying a curated selection of products with an emphasis on safety, nutrition, and a premium lifestyle — a slightly different working environment from a standard Lawson. You will handle cashier and customer service, product stocking and shelf arrangement, store cleaning, and simple food preparation — with registers supporting multilingual operation including English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Nepali, making it accessible for international staff. Six shift windows cover early morning through deep night, so you can choose the time that suits your routine, including weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements. Deep-night hours (22:00-06:00 and 23:00-07:00) carry the statutory late-night premium bringing the effective rate to 1,625円. Transportation allowance is paid up to 1,200円 per day, and a welfare package covers hotel accommodation subsidies, sports facility subsidies, qualification acquisition support, and condolence allowances. Foreign nationals and international students are actively welcomed — multilingual training manuals are available.
