Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen assistant position at a hotel restaurant in Chuo ward, Tokyo, accessible from Hacchobori Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and JR Keiyo Line. You will welcome and seat guests, set tables, polish cutlery and tableware, assist with simple cooking tasks such as warming and plating, handle dishwashing, and assist with general cleaning — starting with the simplest tasks and building up at your own pace. Two shift options are available — a full morning block (07:00-16:00) or a shorter morning slot (07:00-12:30) — with all work completed before the afternoon, making it well suited to those with other daytime plans. A self-managed shift (自己申告シフト制 jiko-shinkoku shifuto-sei) system means you submit your own availability, giving you full control over your schedule. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available so you do not need to wait until month-end for your wages. A thorough training (研修 kenshuu) programme is in place, and uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided — no prior hotel or restaurant experience is needed. Social insurance (社会保険 shakai-hoken) is fully covered, and employment can start as quickly as 5 days after application.
