Job Description:

This is an early morning cleaning position at a new high-rise twin tower complex in the Shibaura waterfront area of Minato ward, Tokyo, accessible from Hamamatsucho Station on the JR Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines. You will patrol each floor of the office building carrying out toilet cleaning as the main task, plus rubbish collection and floor sweeping — a consistent, repeatable routine that is easy to build a rhythm with from the first week. The shift is a short fixed morning block of 06:30-08:30 (2 hours, no break, no overtime), finishing before the office working day begins and leaving the entire rest of the morning free. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are off, giving a reliable full weekend every week on a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule. The building is less than a year old, meaning the facilities are in excellent condition and the cleaning environment is modern and clean throughout. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available, and no resume is required. Social insurance (社会保険 shakai-hoken) is provided per statutory requirements, and transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid per company rules.
