Job Description:

This is a kitchen support role at an izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) specializing in seafood grilling, located one minute from Sano Station. You will start with simple tasks like plating and dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) and gradually learn basic cooking skills including vegetable cutting and frying. Shifts run mainly from the evening into the early morning, and a staff meal (まかない makanai) is provided on every shift day — great for cutting food costs. The shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) lets you submit your availability weekly, so balancing studies, a second job, or family is straightforward. Minimum one day per week from as little as three hours, making this one of the most flexible schedules available in the area.
