Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at a Seven-Eleven located inside Hotel Emion Sapporo, directly connected to Sapporo Station via underground walkway. Main duties include cashier work (レジ reji), customer service, restocking and arranging products, light cooking such as oden and fried foods, accepting utility bill payments and courier parcels, and general store cleaning. Multiple shift slots are available from morning through to overnight, so you can choose hours that suit your schedule. Night shifts starting at 22:00 receive a 25% pay increase, bringing the effective rate to 1,438 yen per hour between 22:00 and 05:00. A minimum of 2 days per week from as little as 4 hours per shift — workable alongside study, a second job, or family life. The training (研修 kenshuu) period is 30 days at the same base rate.

Wage:

1,150円 (per hour) Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 22:00-05:00 rate is 1,438 yen (25% increase on base). Night shift slots: 22:00-02:00 and 22:00-08:00. Salary increases available.
