This is a hall and kitchen role at Ringer Hut, a nationwide chain famous for Nagasaki-style champon noodles and sara-udon, located ten minutes on foot from Maki Station in Oita City. Kitchen work involves simple cooking assisted by automated machines that stir-fry and boil noodles — no large wok experience needed — plus dishwashing and kitchen cleaning. Counter duties include cashier work (レジ reji), taking orders, serving dishes, and table cleaning. All pre-cut vegetables and pre-mixed seasonings are provided, and a full manual covers every task, so first-timers and those returning after a break can start with confidence. A staff meal (まかない makanai) discount gives you 60% off on shift days and 20% off on non-shift days — one bowl of champon covers roughly 70% of your recommended daily vegetable intake. Shifts run from as little as one day a week and two hours per shift, and a monthly schedule system lets you match work to your own timetable.
