Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen role at Hanamaru Udon, located on the 3rd floor food court of Aeon Mall Kofu Showa in Nakakoma-gun, Yamanashi, twelve minutes on foot from Joei Station. The kitchen is divided into five clearly defined positions — boiling noodles, frying tempura, topping bowls, dishwashing (using a machine), and counter service including cashier (レジ reji) and customer interaction. You start beside a senior staff member observing, then move to the topping position, and expand from there at your own pace — full manual guidance is provided at every stage. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 70% off on shift days, making this especially good value for those living alone or on a tight budget. Weekend and public holiday shifts carry a bonus of 100 yen extra per hour on top of the base rate. Shifts can start from as little as one day a week and three hours, submitted on a two-week cycle. Note: applicants whose first language is not Japanese must hold JLPT N2 or above. A Yucho Bank account is required at the time of first employment.
