Job Description:
This is a kitchen role at Kamadokoro Kojikoji, an Italian-style restaurant in Kakamigahara, Gifu, three minutes on foot from Mikakino Station. You start with simple tasks such as portioning and plating appetisers using scales, making drinks, and dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) — those interested in cooking can gradually take on more preparation work at their own pace. When the kitchen is quiet you may also assist with serving, cashier (レジ reji) work, and tidying. Dinner-only shifts run from 17:30 to 23:00 with no overtime; the restaurant is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so you get a predictable week. A 2-3 shift trial period is available before committing long-term — a rare and honest offer for those unsure if the role fits. Pay is cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) every payday. No resume is needed for the interview, and hair colour, nails, and piercings (non-dangling) are all welcome.

Training period rate: 1,150 yen for 20-100 hours (20 hours for those with prior restaurant experience). Salary increases available based on performance evaluation.
