Job Description:

This is a deli and prepared food packing role in the back-of-house section of ikari supermarket Okamoto store, a well-known high-end grocery chain in Higashinada-ku, Kobe. Tasks include portioning deli items into trays, packing them, attaching price stickers, and placing finished products on the shop floor — all backroom work with no direct customer interaction. Once you learn the routine it becomes a steady and repetitive process, making it easy to find a comfortable working rhythm. The team runs 3 people per shift so questions can always be answered on the spot. Shifts run from 08:00 to 16:00 (7 hours working, 1 hour break) with almost no overtime (under 5 hours per month) — finishing by mid-afternoon keeps evenings free. From 3 days a week on a monthly schedule, any day of the week including weekends and public holidays — those who can work weekends and year-end/New Year periods are preferred. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment are both available. Hair colour is free (brown hair welcome). No resume required. This position is a dispatch (派遣 haken) contract on a long-term basis.

Wage:

1,330円 (per hour) Daily payment and weekly payment available. Monthly income example: week 5 days = 204,820 yen; 4 days = 148,960 yen; 3 days = 111,720 yen.
