Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at a Lawson located eight minutes on foot from Fujisawa Station in Kanagawa. Main duties include cashier work (レジ reji), customer service, restocking and arranging products, simple cooking, accepting utility bill payments and courier parcels, and general store cleaning. Six shift slots cover the full day from early morning to overnight: 06:00-09:00, 09:00-13:00, 13:00-17:00, 17:00-21:30, 21:30-06:00, and 22:00-00:00 — the base rate is 1,225 yen across all daytime and evening slots, with a late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,531 yen applying from 22:00 to 06:00. From as little as one day a week, with flexible day and time combinations to suit study, family, or a second job. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided so first-timers and career returners can start confidently. High school students are welcome for appropriate time slots.
